‘National Information Technologies’ Joint-Stock Company (hereinafter referred to as Company) was established pursuant to the Republic of Kazakhstan Government Decree # 492 of April 4, 2000 “On Development of Single Informational Space in the Republic of Kazakhstan and Founding “National Information Technologies” Joint-Stock Company”, with 100 per cent government share in the charter capital as an authorized entity to build up and manage interoperability of government information systems.

With Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan’s Resolution # 44 of January 16, 2004, the Company was assigned the status of National Operator in Informatization.
