Rostislav Konyashkin

Chairman of the Board

Rostislav Konyashkin was born on September 4, 1989 in Zhambyl region. He graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University majoring in Mathematics (financial/actuarial field). Has a Master`s Degree in Information Systems, Gumilyov Eurasian National University. Certified project management professional (Certificate: IPMA level C).

Member of the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve.

R.Konyashkin started his career in September 2011 as an Analyst, Manager in “Kaztranscom” ERP-Service LLP. 

From August 2012 to February 2014, he worked in Astana Innovations JSC as an Analyst, Manager.

From February 2014 to May 2016, he occupied the position of Project Manager in Information and Analysis Centre JSC, National Center for State Scientific and Technical Evaluation JSC under the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In the period June 2016 to October 2016, he worked as Chief Specialist in “Government for Citizens” Public Corporation.

From October 2016 to February 2017, he occupied the position of Project Manager in Orleu CIT LLP.

From March 2017 to March 2019, he worked as Project Manager in Transtelecom JSC.

In the period March 2019 to November 2019, R. Konyashkin occupied the position of Head of Project Office in Tengri Lab LLP.

In the period December 2019 to February 2020, he worked as Managing Director-Member of the Board in AI Research and Development Support Fund, Nazarbayev University.

From February 2020 to April 2021, he occupied the position of Deputy Chairman of the Board in Public Services Committee under Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In April 2021,R. Konyashkin was appointed Chairman of the Board of National Information Technologies JSC.

Aray Urazova

Deputy Chairman of the Board

Aray Urazova was born on December 11, 1988 in East Kazakhstan region.

She has two higher educations: “Automation and Management”, “Finance”.

Urazova started her career in 2009 at “Astana Finance” Mortgage Insitution JSC in Ust-Kamenogorsk branch as IT Manager.

From October, 2011, she worked at National Information Technologies in e-Workflow and e-Gov Portal projects.

In August, 2018, A. Urazova started to work at “Zerde” National Infocommunication Holding JSC as Chief Analyst in Data Management Office and in July, 2019, she was transferred to the position of Chief Project Manager at Digitalization Department.

In 2019, A. Urazova was enlisted at the Presidential Youth Candidates Pool.

In February, 2020, she worked at the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan as Deputy Director for Digital Transformation.

Assylbek Turganbekov

Deputy Chairman of the Board

Assylbek Turganbekov was born on March 12, 1982 in Almaty region. He graduated from the Almaty Energy and Communication Institute majoring in Multichannel Telecommunication Systems.

Turganbekov started his career in August 2004 as Electrical Engineer in “KazakhTelecom” branch of Karatal district in Ushtobe city.

From October 2005 to November 2007, he worked as Engineer for implementation of new technologies and after-sale service maintenance in “KazakhTelecom” branch in Almaty region.

From December 2007 to December 2012, he was Lead Engineer for service support of station equipment at electrocommunication unit in KazTransCom JSC branch in Astana.

In the period December 2012 to December 2013, he occupied the position of Technical Director in Digital TV LLP branch in Astana.

From December 2013 to March 2017, A. Turganbekov worked as Head of Videoconferencing and Broadcasting Unit, Multimedia Services Department in KazSatNet JSC.

In March 2017, he became Head of Videoconferencing Unit in National Information Technologies JSC.

In January 2018, he was transferred to the position of Director for Multimedia Services Department in National Information Technologies JSC.

In February 2021, he became Director for Infrastructure Operation Department.

In January 2022, A. Turganbekov was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Board in National Information Technologies JSC.

Sayan Ashirbekov

Deputy Chairman of the Board

He was born on February 21, 1989 in Karaganda region.

In 2011, he completed Bachelor's degree program at K. Satpayev Kazakh National Technical University majoring in Information Systems; in 2019, he graduated from M. Tynyshpayev Kazakh Transport and Communications Academy majoring in Automation and Management; has a Master's degree in Business Administration from Nazarbayev University.

S. Ashirbekov started his career in 2013 as a Technical Specialist in "TeleKRONA" LLP.

From August 2014 to August 2015: Technical Director at Watt LLP.

From March 2016 to August 2018: Technical Expert and Project Manager at Transtelecom JSC.

Since August 2018: Managing Director of Transtelecom JSC branch in Shymkent, Turkestan and Kyzylorda regions.

From October to December 2022, he held the position of Managing Director for interaction with representation offices of National Information Technologies JSC.

In December 2022, S. Ashirbekov was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Board of National Information Technologies JSC.
