Data Center as Service (DCaaS, co-location)

Data Center as Service (DCaaS, co-location) is a set of services for physical allocation of IT equipment of service recipients at server racks of Server Center of government agencies and regional Data Centers of the Operator. The service includes:

  • allocation of place for server and/or telecommunication equipment belonging to Customer at equipment rooms of Server Center of government agencies with its connection to a required number of Ethernet-ports of switching unit with throughput capacity at Server Center network, which is part of data transmission network;
  • provision of safety for server and/or telecommunications equipment at Server Center of government agencies;
  • notification of authorized employees from a government agency through channels agreed with Customer within 15 minutes after the onset of an incident leading to non-availability of equipment deployed under the service.
