Service for allocation of virtual machine (hosting) represents a scalable computing infrastructure on request under one virtual server with installed operating system for hosting of service recipient`s services and systems at the Server Center of government agencies and Regional Data Center of the Operator. The service includes:

• provision of virtual capacities for hosting of information systems and information resources;
• assurance of availability of virtual capacities provided to Customer under the service;
• execution of preventive maintenance at a virtual platform and notification of a government agency not less than 24 hours prior to scheduled works;
• provision of day-night shift and acceptance of requests (24/7/365);
• notification of authorized employees through channels agreed with Customer within 15 minutes after the onset of an incident leading to non-availability of provided virtual capacities under the service.
