Service for systems and technical maintenance of facilities under e-Government information and communication infrastructure (information systems and hardware/software packages of government agencies) includes systems and technical maintenance of information systems, technological platforms, hardware/software packages, telecommunication networks, and also systems for uninterrupted functioning of technical means and information security. The aim of systems and technical maintenance is to ensure uninterrupted functioning of hardware/software packages, information systems and telecommunication networks. The service includes:

• technical maintenance;
• diagnosis and repair of equipment;
• prompt service;
• administration of information systems;
• administration of equipment, service software, DBMS, operating systems;
• administration of LAN/ SCS networks;
• information security assurance and etc.
