Manager for Income-Producing Contracts Coordination Department

Candidate specification:

  • Higher education/secondary vocational education in the field of activity (Socio-Economic Sciences and Business; Law; Natural Sciences; Technical Sciences and Technologies; Military Science and Security; Humanities);
  • If a candidate has higher education/secondary vocational education: at least one year.

Compulsory expertise and skills

  • Knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on informatization, by-laws and local acts necessary for implementation of functional duties;
  • Knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on public procurement, by-laws and local acts necessary for implementation of functional duties;
  • Knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on joint-stock companies and state property, by-laws and local acts necessary for implementation of functional duties;
  • Knowledge of how to work at Public Procurement portal (https://goszakup.gov.kz/) as a representative of a service provider.

Functional duties:

  • Monitoring public procurement portal to check whether Customers placed draft public procurement contracts for the Company's services;
  • Concluding centralized income-producing contracts and additional agreements thereto with Customers;
  • Supporting (involvement in implementation) an income-producing contract within its validity period;
  • Documenting execution of the Company's contractual obligations;
  • Participating in meetings, conferences, working groups, etc. on issues related to the Department activities;
  • Executing other orders within the competence.
