Manager at Integrated Solutions Department (Service Software Program project)

Duties:

  • considering and approving design documentation for Service Software Program;
  • arranging access to ICI for potential suppliers to enable them developing and testing SSP;
  • participating in execution of SSP functional testing (pursuant to the Testing Plan);
  • interacting with government agencies, service integrators, developers, structural units of the Company and other interested parties within the competence;
  • participating in SSP commissioning;
  • preparing the reports at the request of management;
  • developing/approving by-laws of the Company (if required);
  • executing management of equipment and materials within SSP;
  • controlling the quality of works execution by potential suppliers with regard to SSP;
  • controlling ICT service implementation terms based on the approved design documentation.

Requirements:

  • Higher technical education
  • knowledge of legal and other regulatory acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of information technologies; knowledge of state and international standards in the field of information technologies and information security; expertise in preparing technical documentation; expertise in selection of requirements analysis, design of domain model (processes, data, objects); knowledge of project management basics; interaction with domain; design of models, algorithms, prototypes; coordination of software design/testing/acceptance and implementation; knowledge of business communication ethics.
