Project Manager for Mobile Government Department
Candidate specification:
- Higher professional education in the following areas: Socio-Economic Sciences and Business; Law; Natural Sciences; Technical Sciences and Technologies; Humanities; Military Science and Security.
 - Total experience of at least 3.5 years with at least 3 years in the field of activity, including work experience corresponding to one of the listed requirements:
 
1) in senior positions for at least 1.5 years,
2) in junior positions for at least 3 years.
If a candidate has certificates of completion of project/risk management courses/Master's Degree in the field of activity: total experience of at least 2 years, including at least 1 year in the field of activity;
Compulsory expertise and skills
- Knowledge of Agile, data algorithms and structures;
 - Knowledge of SQL, programming basics;
 - Experience of interaction with government agencies.
 
Functional duties:
- Managing the development team;
 - Developing action plans and supervising deadlines for completion of various stages of work;
 - Timely updating of plans and deadlines, depending on a situation;
 - Interacting with customers;
 - Calculating financial costs needed for project implementation;
 - Quality control;
 - Identifying potential risks and ways to minimize those;
 - Ensuring communication between all the participants of project implementation, reducing their efforts to a single result.
