Claims and statements in the JudiciaryAccount can be signed using the eGov mobile application

The eGov mobile app users now have the capability to sign documents in the Judiciary Account. Joint integration with the Judiciary Account of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan enables logging in on the website and signing documents through scanning a QR code in the eGov mobile.

The new capability allows users to sign claims, statements, powers of attorney and letters on the https://office.sud.kz /website, as well as log in to the website through scanning QR code in the eGov mobile app.

 "NIT JSC team is working on expanding the functionality and capabilities of the mobile app to make the process of public services obtainment much easier and faster. Now, users have one more capability to sign documents online in the Judiciary Account using eGov QR, which saves time. This has never happened in the history of public services delivery. We believe it to be a rapid development of the eGov mobile app," said Rostislav Konyashkin, Chairman of the Board, National Information Technologies JSC.

To try the new capabilities, the eGov mobile users need to:

- log in to the app (if you have previously logged in, you can log in to the app using Face ID, Touch ID or a short code);

- in the Judiciary Account, select the signing option - "Sign with QR";

- in the upper right corner on the eGov mobile home page, click "white square";

 - scan eGov QR and sign;

Upon successful processing of the request, "Signing completed successfully!" will be displayed on the mobile phone screen.

The eGov mobile app is available on the App Store for iOS users and in the Play Market and App Gallery for Android users.

It should be reminded that today about 400 public services are available in the eGov Mobile app, of which 150 services are from the eGov.kz portal and 250 services are from e-License Portal for individuals. About 2.4 million Kazakhstani citizens actively use it every month and about 50 thousand public services are delivered each month.

In the app, one can see several large sections using which one can easily find the right document or service: "Digital documents", "Real-life situations", "Services" (separately, the eGov Catalog of e-Gov and e-Lisence Services), "Notifications", etc.
