Three new services appeared in eGov.kz portal’s Telegram bot

National Information Technologies JSC informs of launching three services provided by Ministry of Health via the @EgovKzBot Telegram bot.

From now on, using the bot, citizens will be able to:

·  get registered in out-patient clinic;

·  call in a doctor to their homes;

·  arrange a visit to a doctor.

Таким образом, количество услуг и сервисов, доступных через Telegram-бот, достигло 10-ти.

It should be reminded that via the bot, you can get an abstract of residential address, abstract of individual’s participation in other legal entities, certificate of no criminal record, abstracts of ownership/non-ownership of real estate, and of registered title/encumbrance to real estate. Furthermore, you can obtain information on the amount of base pension payment and check one’s social status.

To be provided a service, one needs to sign on in the Mobile Citizens Database, i.e. link his/her phone number to Personal Cabinet in eGov.kz portal and start the bot in the Telegram messenger on his/her gadget.

Next, through sending the pre-defined commands and confirming them via SMS code, citizens may request the abstracts/certificates and the service information, with capability of forwarding them to user email.

Currently, Telegram bot is already used by 8218 persons who have made 8517 requests since its launch.

Should any questions arise when obtaining a service via @EgovKzBot, citizens can call the Integrated Call Center (1414) which consults citizens 24/7 for free.
