The eGov Business mobile application now offers a new public service for entrepreneurs: "Transfer of a share in the authorized capital to trust management".

Trust management is applied when an owner temporarily transfers management of their share to someone else, while retaining ownership rights. All the changes are formalized and entered into the state information systems.

To get the service in eGov Business, one needs to:

• sign in to the eGov Business mobile app;
• go to the "Service categories" – "Legal relations" section;
• select the "Transfer of a share of a legal entity into trust management" service and specify the type of application;
• specify the BIN of the legal entity, the IIN/BIN of the founder-trustee and the IIN/BIN of the trustee;
• specify the share as a percentage and in KZT, the transfer period (including indefinite), the number and date of the transfer document;
• attach a scanned copy of the document in PDF format;
• sign an application using one of the available methods;
• track the review status in the "Messages" – "Service history" section.

"We are constantly expanding the capabilities of the eGov Business app to enable entrepreneurs to resolve more issues online without the need for unnecessary bureaucracy. The application is now gaining popularity among entrepreneurs. In the first half of 2026 alone, over 107 000 small and medium-sized business representatives registered and over 1.4 million services were delivered. Another important corporate service is now available in the application for the transfer of a share in the authorized capital into trust management. Previously, this took more time and required more personal effort. Now, the whole process can be done directly from a smartphone. This saves time and makes doing business easier and more convenient" said Shynggys Orazalimov, Deputy Chairman of the Board, National Information Technologies JSC.

Service delivery term is 3 working days. The service delivery result can be viewed on the Application Status page and in the "Messages – Service History" section of the eGov Business application. The service is provided free-of-charge.

The implementation of the service was the result of the joint work of the Public Services Committee of the Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and National Information Technologies JSC.
