Issuance term of archival abstracts to be reduced to 10 calendar days

National Information Technologies JSC in cooperation with Legal Statistics and Special Accounts Committee underGeneral Prosecutor’s Office of the RoK launched the service for obtainment of archival abstratcs and/or copies of archival abstracts within the archive ofLegal Statistics and Special Accounts Committee under General Prosecutor’s Office of the RoK.

It should be mentioned that previously the service was delivered only by “Government for Citizens” Public Corporation and service provider`s administrative office.

The advanced data search and filtering implemented on “Open Budgets” portal

Through advanced search, a user can now look for the needed information, which in turn will allow making a search query more precise, i.e. limiting the search by type, owner and period of publishing the posted materials and draft budget programs.

Also, for user convenience, the filters for several parameters were added in the “Budget Programs” and “Materials” sections.

November 16, 2018. National Information Technologies JSC informs of launching the service: “Obtaining the information on the fact of assigning and making payment of public guarantee to a specified citizen”.

From now on, every citizen of retirement age can, without leaving home, check whether he/she is entitled to get public guarantee payment.

On November 21, 2018, in Almaty, one of the major annual events for businesses and organizations of Eurasia countries called “Choice of the Year 2018” took place.

The award ceremony took place in Kazakh National Academy Theatre of Opera and Ballet.

In the national project, National Information Technologies JSC became the winner in special nomination established by steering committee and called “For Achievements in Innovations, Modernization and Development”.

Integrated Call Center 1414 turned 7 years

Integrated Call Center 1414 turned 7 years

National Information Technologies JSC informs that Integrated Call Center 1414 of the Republic of Kazakhstan has turned 7.

Call Center was established on November 29, 2011 on the basis of National information Technologies JSC’s e-Government Call Center.

For 7 years, over 22 million calls were processed. While previously it was only possible to call the Center, now questions can be asked via the 1414.kz website and email.

National Information Technologies JSC informs of integration between “Open Government” portal and “Government for Citizens” Public Corporation`s information system

The integration was conducted between “Open Data” component and CSC IIS.

The integration provides an opportunity to obtain data on the number of citizens waiting in a queue in CSC online.

Data on the portal is provided in JSON format (JavaScript-based text format for data exchange). As any other text format, JSON can easily be read by users.
