10.10.2018, National Information Technologies JSC informs of launching the service of checking for administrative fine ateGov.kz portal.

From now on, citizens will be able to obtain online the abstracts of administrative offences (the service’s name is: “Issuance of data on recordings of Committee for Legal Statistics and Special Records under General Prosecutor’s Office on a person’s committing an administrative offence”).

The service is provided to individuals through signing with digital signature.

To be rendered the service, a person should:

·  go to the “Legal Assistance” section;

·  in the “Legal Relationships” tab, find the service: “Issuance of data on recordings of Committee for Legal Statistics and Special Records under General Prosecutor’s Office on a person’s committing an administrative offence”;

·  “Order the service online”;

·  select the signing method (digital signature or one-time SMS password);

·  sign the service.

According to the service’s datasheet, the abstract shall be processed within 15 minutes; in case of additional verification – 3 (three) business days; in case of travelling abroad – 5 (five) business days.

The service only shows the existing unpaid administrative fines. However, the paid fines may also be displayed, whose payment period is less than one year (pursuant to Code of Administrative Offences of the RoK).

It should be reminded that since 2017, the service had been only renderedthrough citizens’ applying to the Committee for Legal Statistics and Special Records under General Prosecutor’s Officeand to “Government for Citizens” Public Corporation.
