eGov Business – digital assistant for domestic entrepreneurs

Now, individual entrepreneurs and small and medium-sized business representatives can manage their business in just a few clicks. The updated eGov Business personal account combines all company information in one place, while AI chatbots suggest solutions and the Tax Calendar reminds you of payment deadlines. All this is already available to local entrepreneurs in the updated version of the eGov Business mobile application.

You can start your own business right from the app. The services 'Registration of Individual Entrepreneurs' and 'Registration of LLP' are available for aspiring entrepreneurs, including those who want to register as individual entrepreneurs. The updated app is faster, more convenient and more efficient thanks to an optimized interface that makes navigation even more intuitive. Improved integration with eGov.kz web services and partner platforms allows to speed up data processing and reduce time spent on operations.

In addition, the entrepreneur's personal account with eGov Business has become a universal control panel where all information about the company, including information about the legal entity, licences and branches, is now available in one place. The tax calendar will automatically remind users of payment deadlines, and integrated AI chatbots will offer personalized solutions, further simplifying business operations.

An important innovation of the application is the risk management service of the Ministry of National Economy. The service helps business owners to be aware of possible inspections in advance, allowing them to prepare for any challenges and minimize various risks.

Today, eGov Business is not just an application, but a fully-fledged digital tool that helps small and medium-sized enterprises optimize processes and maximize the use of digital technology. The mobile application not only helps entrepreneurs make the right decisions, but also helps them develop their business by minimizing bureaucracy and saving time.

There are 32 services available in the application, making it much easier for businesses to interact with government.

The team has also significantly improved the functionality of the application. During testing, extensive integration work with external web services and platforms was carried out to ensure smooth operation and maximum efficiency of all the services.

Previously, the service "Digital power of attorney for a legal entity" was launched in the application. The service greatly simplifies the process of granting powers of attorney: directors of legal entities can quickly and securely issue powers of attorney in an online format using DS. Not only does this speed up the process, but it also makes the interaction within the organization more transparent and more efficient.

The eGov Business platform extends its capabilities by providing access to web services through integration. This will allow third party developers and companies to bring their services to the user interface of eGov Business, providing entrepreneurs with a convenient way to access digital tools.

The launch of the application took place thanks to the joint work of the Public Services Committee of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations, and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan and National Information Technologies JSC, the Ministry of National Economy, and the "Atameken" National Chamber of Entrepreneurs.
