Today, Gulmira Issabekova was elected the Member of the Board of National Information Technologies JSC based on the decision of the Board of Directors. In her new role, she will oversee the development and maintenance of key digital services, including the e-Otinish system, Citizen Service Centres and cloud solutions for government agencies.

Gulmira Issabekova was born in 1987 in Pavlodar. In 2015, shegraduated from the Kazakh Humanitarian Law University with a degree in Economics and Business, and in 2021 she received a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Nazarbayev University.

In May 2011, G. Issabekova began her career as a Service Promotion Manager at National Information Technologies JSC. In the period from July 2011 to June 2020, she held various positions at National Information Technologies JSC, Kazpost JSC, and Zerde Holding JSC.

Gulmira Issabekova has over 12 years of total work experience, more than 5 of which have been in managerial positions, primarily in the digitalization of the public sector and e-Government development.

During her time at NIT JSC, she played a key role in the implementation of several major national projects, including the e-Government portal, the eGov Mobile app, the Smart Bridge platform, and the Open Government system. She also oversaw the launch of digital solutions for the Republic of Kazakhstan's General Prosecutor's Office: the Unified Register of Administrative Proceedings and the Unified Register of Subjects and Objects of Inspections.
