The statistics of “Open Dialogue” portal, and specifically, of the “Government Agencies’ Senior Executives Blog Platform” service for the five years’ period showed that the issues relating to education, healthcare and public order enforcement keep being the most relevant ones for Kazakhstani citizens.  Thus, for the above period, a great number of applications came to the below blog platforms of Ministers.

The greatest number of applications accrues to Ministry of Education and Science. Within the period 2012 to 2017, over 24 thousand citizens’ applications have been received and processed by the blog of Minister of Education and Science.

The second one, as to the number of the received applications, is the “Healthcare” section. Previously, before the relevant Ministry was established, the citizens’ applications for this section were had been coming to the blog of T.Duyssenova, Minister of Labor and Social Protection. For the above mentioned period, 24.470 citizens appealed thereto on healthcare matters.

The third position is occupied by the blog of K.Kassymov, Minister of Internal Affairs, where over 21 thousand applications on matters of law enforcement agencies’ activities were posted and processed.

As the statistics showed, there were comparatively fewer applications from citizens on issues relating to religion, national language development, youth policy, and tourism.

It should be reminded that one of the Open Government components is the Open Dialogue portal where one can submit application to the blog platforms of government agencies’ senior executives and take part in discussions at web conferences held by government agencies. To date, over 188 thousand citizens’ applications have been posted on the portal.
