The number of eGov.kz portal’s Telegram bot services grew

National Information Technologies JSC informs of launching three additional services on eGov.kz portal via the Telegram bot, @EgovKzBot.

From now on, citizens will be able to:

·  get the abstracts of the registered title/encumbrance to real estate;

·  check their social status;

·  get information on the size of base pension payment.

To be provided a service, one needs to sign on in the Mobile Citizens Database, i.e. link his/her phone number to Personal Cabinet in eGov.kz portal and start the bot in the Telegram messenger on his/her gadget.

Next, through sending the pre-defined commands and confirming them via SMS code, citizens may request the abstracts/certificates and the service information, with capability of forwarding them to user email.

It should be reminded that on May 21, 2018, Asset Turyssov, Chairman of the Board, NIT JSC, announced on th

e launch of Telegram bot which enables obtaining 4 popular services in a facilitated format: abstract of residential address; abstract of an individual’s participation in legal entities; statement of no criminal record andstatement of ownership/non-ownership of real estate.

Currently, Telegram bot is already used by 7016 citizens who have requested 6107 abstracts since its launch.

Should any questions arise when obtaining a service via @EgovKzBot, citizens can call to Integrated Call Center (1414), which consults citizens 24/7 for free.
