Operation of eGov portal components and eGov mobile app has been restored

Today, due to the failure of government agencies` server center infrastructure, certain state databases and e-Gov components were unavailable.

Currently, operation of e-Gov components, including eGov.kz portal, eGov mobile app and major state databases (State Database of Individuals/Legal Entities/ etc.) has been restored.

"NIT JSC employees have carried out all the necessary activities to restore the operation of e-Gov components and state databases. Also, an analysis of the failures that have occurred is underway. I`d like to note that any failure in e-Gov information systems is recorded as an information security incident. Based on the results of a comprehensive analysis, measures will be taken to prevent such situations in the future. In turn, we apologize for the temporary inconvenience this may have caused to the users" said Rostislav Konyashkin, Chairman of the Board, National Information Technologies JSC.

At the moment, National Information Technologies JSC specialists are working on the full restoration of services operation and it is planned to complete the work as soon as possible.
