National Information Technologies JDC informs of launching a new service for obtainment of “Abstract of calculation of base pension payment amount”.

By using this service located on the eGov.kz portal’s home page, a pensioner can get the abstract stating the amount of his/her new base pension payment.

To get the abstract, the access to portal is possible without digital signature, just through signing in using IIN instead, and then confirming the request using either SMS password or digital signature.

“The main objective of integrating the information systems of Ministry of Labor and Social Protection, Single National Pension Fund, and e-Government portal is a person’s capability of obtaining the entire information on his/her pension contributions and accruals without leaving home. From now on, once the base pension payment calculations change, the retirement-aged citizens will be able to receive the required information online”, Asset Turyssov, CEO of National Information Technologies remarked.

It is worth reminding that on the eGov.kz portal, the following services can be ordered: “Issuance of information on the status of pension savings (with investment income included) of the SNPF depositor/recipient” and “Obtainment of abstract of pension contributions”. The services are located in the “Citizens” category, “Job Placement and Employment” heading, “Labor Relations” section. These services are free.
