A. Zhumagaliyev: “Mobile Government issues should be regulated”

On February 16, at the extended session of Ministry of Information and Communication of the RoK, Asskar Zhumagaliyev, Deputy Prime Minister of the RoK, commented on the necessity to regulate technical and regulatory issues related to Mobile Government.

“Successful government is the one which is paper-free, barrier-free and provides responsiveness and transparency of service delivery. Therefore, we should provide an integration of government agencies` databases and regulate Mobile Government issues for composite and proactive services. We have all the required internal reserves to do this”, Asskar Zhumagaliyev answered.

Also, A.Zhumagaliyev, brought up an issue of reducing the number of abstracts for citizens.

"We have already banished 2 million abstracts and by the end of the year we will banish 18 million more abstracts, though we need to provide integration to do this ", Asskar Zhumagaliyev told.

According to the Deputy Prime Minister, activities in the area should be elaborated further, though positive examples of the expert approach can already be seen today.

“For instance, today mothers don`t have to visit CSCs in person as automated procedures do everything for them. Mothers obtain issued documents without leaving their houses. From the year beginning, 17 thousand of such services have already been delivered”, A.Zhumagaliyev marked.
