The e-Government Portal

At the initial stage, starting from 2006, the e-Government Portal provided only information about public services. Over time, it has evolved into a full-fledged digital platform with the launch of socially significant and payment services. Today, more than 92% of public services are available online via eGov.kz, and over 80% of the economically active population actively uses the portal. In the Personal Account, citizens have access to their personal data, military service status, electronic medical records, employment information, residence registration, and other personalized data.
