Mobile government

MOBILE GOVERNMENT is a channel to provide public services to citizens via mobile devices. 

To obtain mGov services, you should register through:

  • e-Gov Portal.
  • “Government for Citizens” Public Corporation.

mGov MOBILE APP

Download the mGov mobile app in the AppStoreGoogle Play. You can log in to the application using an IIN, digital signature or one-time SMS password *.

Having activated the mobile app, the wide variety of services is available for user:

  • Personal Account. It provides information on the address of registration, available real estate, vehicles, etc.
  • Service catalogue. It includes public services, information services, payments and notifications.
  • Facilities` map. The app has a map with capability to get directions and find the nearest government agencies, notary publics, kindergartens, pharmacies and other facilities.

DIGITAL SIGNATURE RECORDED ON SIM-CARD

Through the mobile signature technology, a user’s digital signature is bound to his/her SIM card. To confirm the request, a subscriber can use a simple push-button telephone with SMS sending function. In a message, user indicates his/her digital signature PIN-code for identification.

MOBILE E-SERVICES VIA SMS MESSAGES

The following capabilities are available via SMS messages:
    - authorization and obtainment of services using one-time password (OTP *);
    - composite services;
    - sms-notifications on various events, including notifications on the status of applications;
    - assessment of the quality of services.

*A one-time SMS password is an SMS notice with a verification code that comes to a user’s mobile phone after he/she sends a request. To use a one-time password, a user must be registered in the mGov mobile citizens’ database.
