Kazakhstani Integrated Call Center (1414) won Crystal Headset Award in “The Best Call Center in Government Agencies and Utility Sector” nomination being highly estimated by the jury. Winners in 34 nominations obtained Crystal Headset Award on the 13th ceremony, which took place in Moscow on March 22, 2017.

NIT’s football team has won the cap in the exciting five-a-side competitions among men’s teams. 16 teams stated their willingness to fight for the Ministry of Information and Communications Cup, among them the teams from Analysis and Information Center, Central Communications Service, “Zerde” Holding, “Khabar” and “Kazakhstan” TV channels, “KazInform” Information Agency, and other nationwide mass media.

In January - February 2017, the 1414 Integrated Call Center for public services received 857 643 applications. In the same period last year, there were 772 065 applications. Applications refer to phone calls, emails and forum records. The number of the received and consulted calls in January - February 2017 amounted to 818 192 (January – 433 867, February – 384 325).

On the Open Laws and Regulations portal, the cyber security concept named “Kazakhstan’s Cyber Shield is accessible for discussing and submitting comments and ideas. The concept was developed for the purpose of ensuring information security of society and state in the field of informatization and communication, as well as for protection of citizens’ privacy in their using ICT.
