An interesting statistics on citizens’ applications to the blogs of government agencies’ senior executives

The statistics of “Open Dialogue” portal, and specifically, of the “Government Agencies’ Senior Executives Blog Platform” service for the five years’ period showed that the issues relating to education, healthcare and public order enforcement keep being the most relevant ones for Kazakhstani citizens.  Thus, for the above period, a great number of applications came to the below blog platforms of Ministers.

On the Egov portal, citizens can check their social status

From now on, citizens will be able to check their social status within the compulsory health insurance on the Egov portal. To do so, they will only need to indicate their IINs. The service will result in a message with one of the social statuses: “The employed", “Recipients of social benefits”, “Children under 18”, “The registered self-employed (individual entrepreneurs, owner-operated farms)”.

Increasingly more Kazakhstani citizens register childbirth via e-Gov portal

The service on child registration through e-Gov portal is becoming popular. Thus, for the last 5 years, the number of the delivered services on registration of childbirth, assignment of childcare benefits, and putting into a waiting list to kindergarten has increased remarkably. In 2012, the indicator amounted to about 8 thousand services; in 2016 it was over 430 thousand services delivered, and in five months 2017 it equals to 106 thousand services.
