Service on information delivery to IAPF depositors is in TOP-5 popular e-Gov services

In the first six months of 2017, over 18 million services have been delivered to citizens. “Getting information on receipt and flow of funds from Integrated Accumulative Pension Fund (IAPF) depositor” service is in TOP-5 popular services rendered via e-Gov portal.  In the first six months of 2017, the service has been delivered 1,426 237 times.

On the e-Government portal, 30 services are accessible without digital signature, through just entering one-time password.

To obtain a service based on a one-time password, a user who has signed in on the www.egov.kz portal shall need to indicate his/her IIN and mobile phone number recorded in the “mobile database of citizens”, and then enter the received one-time password in the special field. Binding the phone number to IIN is possible either in the user Personal Cabinet or in Citizen Service Center (through physical visit).
