National Information Technologies informs of conducting integration of Open Government Portal with “Vehicle Inspection” Integrated Information System. 

The integration enables obtaining online information about a vehicle`s model, make, colour, number plate, manufacture year, ID, manufacture date and date of vehicle inspection certificate issuance.

Open Data Portal is a platform where central and local executive bodies publish public information.

For reference:

National Information Technologies JSC, under the order from Ministry of Information and Communications informs of quasi-public sector’s being connected to the government agencies’ Single e-Workflow System(SEWS).

The systems integration objective is to:

-  reduce paper document interchange;

-  reduce budget for postal services;

-  improve records management processes’ efficiency and transparency;

-  facilitate search for e-documents and routing;

-  save time for documents delivery.

December24, 2018.National Information Technologies JSC informs of launching a new service called “Deregistration of citizens from permanent and temporary registration at the place of residence upon a real estate owner`s application”.

Now, each citizen can deregister lodgers from his/her real estate without leaving a home.

That is sufficient to select the service on eGov.kz portal and choose a region, where real estate is located. There is no need to address to “Government for Citizens” front offices to confirm an application.

December 25, 2018. National Information Technologies JSC informs of launching a service in pilot mode enabling to view and pay for taxes (individuals only).

Due to integration between Administrative Police Committee under Ministry of Internal Affairs of the RoK and State Revenue Committee under Ministry of Finance of the RoK databases, a taxpayer won`t have to calculate a tax sum for each vehicle separately.

December 23, 2018. National Information Technologies JSC informs of launching a new public service called “Registration of children under 16 at the place of residence”.

The service is delivered to a child`s parents via the use of digital signature on eGov.kz portal. 

The service is available at “Citizenship, migration and immigration” section > “Registration and deregistration” tab.

December29, 2018. National Information Technologies JSC informs of launching a pilot mode for abstract of no criminal record withapostille.

Now, citizens can select abstracts with apostille and Government for Citizens Public Corporation branches in which an applicant wants to obtain the service delivery result.

The service is delivered on eGov.kz portal via signing with digital signature.
