Modification of the Open Dialogue portal

04.01.2019 National Information Technologies JSC informs of modifying the Open Dialogue portal (https://dialog.egov.kz/ ) in Open Government module (https://open.egov.kz/ ).

Now the following services can be used on this portal:

• Advanced searching and filtering will enable users’ rapidly finding data by various parameters in three basic services:

Dear Users,

National Information Technologies JSC informs that, because of the scheduled preventive maintenance works, the 1414 Call Center will be unavailable for the period 21:00 January 12 to 8:00 January 13, 2019.

Also, there will be non-routine works on telecommunication hardware from 21:00 January 12 to 09:00 January 13, 2019.

Abstracts from narcological, psychoneurological, antituberculosis dispensaries can be obtained via @EgovKzBot

January 24, 2019. National Information Technologies JSC informs of launching three services of Ministry of Healthcare of the RoK via Telegram Bot (@EgovKzBot).

Now, using the Telegram Bot citizens can obtain the following services:

·  Abstract from narcological dispensary;

·  Abstract from psychoneurological dispensary;

·  Abstract from antituberculosis dispensary.

The abstracts are provided free-of-charge.

To date, the number of services available through Telegram Bot has achieved 20.

January29, 2019. National Information Technologies JSC informs of launching 12 additional e-Gov portal public services via mGov application.

Now, using the mobile app, the following is available for citizens:

·  Abstractfrom narcological dispensary;

·  Abstract from psychoneurological dispensary;

·  Abstract from antituberculosis dispensary;

·  Applying for duplicate marriage certificate;

·  Applying for duplicate certificate of paternity acknowledgment;

National Information Technologies JSC informs of having developed the mobile versions of Open Data, Оpen Dialogue, Open Laws & Regulations, and Open Budgets that are the components of the Open Government module (https://open.egov.kz/).

Through the below mobile versions, citizens may:

  • Open Dialogue – apply to top executives of government agencies, take part in web conferences, and post their comments.

    Open Data – view the datasets posted on the portal, post comments and apply for new data.
