Kazakhstani citizens can obtain abstracts via popular messengers

Asset Turyssov, Chairman of the Board in National Information Technologies JSC, presented popular social media chat bots that can be used by citizens to obtain reference information and various abstracts.  In September, NIT JSC launched an updated Telegram Bot and chat bots for Facebook and Vkontakte. 

Asset Turyssov gave a detailed account on how various abstracts can easily be obtained via messengers.

National Information Technologies JSC informs of modifying the “Open Dialogue” Portal (https://dialog.egov.kz/). Now, representatives of IT companies can make an appointment with the Minister of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

To apply, a user needs to fill in the required fields in modal window, which will be displayed after clicking “Making an appointment for IT companies” button. Signing in on the Portal is not required to perform the above activities.

National Information Technologies JSC informs of adding a new section called “Professional Career” to eGov.kz portal. 

Now, e-Gov portal users have a capability to view all the employment contracts, which were concluded between him/her and an employer.

National Information Technologies JSC informs of the registration of 10-milionth user of e-Gov Portal. It is Mereke Abishev, who applied to “Government for Citizens” Public Corporation to obtain a national ID for his 16-years old son. CSC employees familiarized M.Abishev with the ways of how to obtain services via eGov.kz. According to the user, he has already obtained an extract from pension fund and from now on he is going to obtain services via eGov.kz without attending “Government for Citizens” Public Corporation.
