Kazakhstani citizens whose educational certificates are subject to recognition and nostrification in the Republic of Kazakhstan can obtain the service “Recognition and nostrification of educational certificates” on e-Gov Portal.  

The service delivery result is a certificate of recognition/nostrification of educational certificates in electronic form or substantiated refusal to deliver the service.  

Kazakhstani citizens can obtain data on land plots registered for their IIN/BIN on e-Gov Portal.

To obtain the service, a user needs to go to “Real Estate” section, select “Provision of Data from the State Land Cadaster” service, sign in on eGov.kz Portal and click “Order Service Online” button. Afterwards, IIN/BIN will be displayed along with “Submit a request to check availability of lands” button. If there are no registered lands, the status will be displayed instantly and a button “Obtain an abstract” will appear. 

In the period March 21 to May 10, 2020 inclusively, Kazakhstani citizens obtained over 15 million public services from which over 835 thousand public services were obtained via messengers in Telegram, Facebookand VKontakte, over 1.5 million public services were obtained via eGovMobile app and over 12.6 million public services were obtained via e-Gov Portal.

On May 12, 2020 problems have been detected with government agencies` web-resources, including eGov.kz portal, e-Licensing and other e-Gov components.

Timely activities performed in cooperation with the State Technical Service under National Security Committee of the RoK showed that there had been a distributed DDoS-attack against government agencies` web-resources from a foreign segment of the Internet, which caused problems related to availability of websites of organizations in the field of public and quasi-public sectors.

Kazakhstani citizens working in the field of education can submit documents to participate in tender for substitution of heads of secondary education organizations, including those of republican significance via e-GovPortal.

The service is free-of-charge. The service delivery result is notification on acceptance of documents or substantiated refusal.

It became easier to submit an application for obtainment of one-time payment due to adoption of an orphan and/or a child left without parents via e-Gov Portal.

Today, convenient commission-free payment through QR-code scanning via Kaspi.kz mobile app is available on e-Gov Payment Gateway.

To use the payment method to pay for public services and to make other transactions to the budget, you can just order the service on e-Gov Portal, Taxpayer`s Cabinet of State Revenue Committee under Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, on elicense.kzor in CSC branches. Then, select “QR-code”-Kaspi.kz on e-Gov Payment Gateway pageand scan the generated code in Kaspi.kz mobile app.

Singe information system of legal assistance “e-Zan Komegi” is a tool using which each citizen can obtain a professional online and free-of-chargelegal assistance. Lawyers and legal advisers, in their turn, obtain state-of-the-art tools to check data about individuals and legal entities within legal actions. Moreover, the system enables accelerating the process of evidence gathering as well as facilitating interaction with government and non-government agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 

The service on issuance of driving licenses had been enhanced on e-Gov Portal.  Now, one can obtain it uponexpiry of a document, change of surname/name/patronymic, its loss or theft.

The service can be obtained by individuals and its delivery result is notification on issuance of driving license.

Kazakhstani citizens can restore a lost or stolen vehicle registration plate by using the service called “Issuance of duplicate vehicle registration plate for vehicles” on e-Gov Portal.
