The “e-Sapa” is a mobile app that enables checking a legality of alcoholic products via scanning of barcodes on monitoring stamps. 

The app advantages:

✓The app is user-friendly and easy to use;

✓Fast processing of information, i.e. the app scans information and provides an answer;

✓It does not require any additional data as well as access to contacts, microphone, etc. 

How to use it?

- Point the app scanner to a stamp (barcode);

- Or fill in a stamp`s series and number manually;

On e-Gov Portal, the service was modified for initial registration of vehicles acquired from official dealers on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Now, the service can be obtained by legal entities online.

The service enables a user submitting an electronic application via e-Gov Portal for obtainment/extension of an abstract for self-initiated employment of foreigners or stateless individuals.

A new service was launched on e-Gov Portal to check a status of submitted application for enrollment to pre-school, elementary, basic secondary, general secondary and specialized educational organizations. 

“We understand that the service for acceptance of documents for enrollment to pre-school organizations will be popular on the eGov.kz portal. That is why we are trying to make the tracking process of submitted applications easier and more understandable for everyone” commented Asset Turyssov, Chairman of the Board, NIT JSC.

Parents of a child under 16 years old can register him/her at the place of residence online via e-Gov Portal. 

“The service was designed in cooperation with the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the RK to enable parents registering their children without visiting CSC.  The service is quite easy and user-friendly and can be obtained within 15 minutes” commented Asset Turyssov, Chairman of the Board, National Information Technologies JSC.

Citizens visiting another city for a certain period due to work, study, medical treatment or other reasons can submit a request for temporary registration at the place of residence via e-Gov Portal. 

“The main advantage of the service is that staying in another city you can register at the place of temporary residence for a period up to 1 year via eGov.kz portal within 15 minutes, which is 2 times less than when applying via CSC, excluding the time spent to visit it” marked Asset Turyssov, Chairman of the Board, National Information Technologies JSC.

17 ministries, 48 committees and 10 local executive agencies were transferred to the single platform of government agencies` web-resources.

Main information about a government agency and its structural units is published in the public domain on their official web-resources. The number of such websites amounts to hundreds, for instance, those are websites of ministries, their committees and departments, websites of akimats of regions, districts, villages and other agencies. 

Now, Kazakhstani citizens willing to participate in competition to study abroad under international treaties in the field of education can submit documents online via e-Gov Portal.
