Kazakhstani citizens can adjust data in documents when checking the vital records in the eGov Mobile app. The new service enables updating data on birth, marriage and divorce, adoption, paternity testing, change of name (for oneself), death.

To make sure that the data on the civil status acts is digitized and stored in the Civil Registry Office information system, one can send scan copies of documents via the eGov Mobile app. 

Today, a lot of messages and requests regarding the availability of public service "Awarding educational grants, as well as providing social support to students at universities" on the eGov.kz portal are received by 1414 operators.

We remind you that acceptance of documents for enrollment to a first year in a secondary educational organization terminates on August 1, 2022 pursuant to the Standard rules for enrollment to secondary education organizations.

Authorization through biometrics will be the option available in the eGov Mobile app. The updates enable citizens using more capabilities in the app and aimed at securing personal data of Kazakhstani citizens.

It became easier to perform authorization in the eGov Mobile app. To do this, one needs to undergo Digital ID video identification and get DS keys. It should be noted that previously logging in was done through a short SMS code or DS keys. From now on, logging in will only be performed via biometrics.
