An adult is recognized as incapacitated or partially incapacitated by a court decision. A potential guardian or trustee can apply for custody or guardianship based on this decision.

Kazakhstani citizens can replace their driving license online using the eGov Mobile application. The service is available in the event of document expiry, loss, theft or change of personal details. Over 7,000 people have already used the service since its launch.

A key feature of the service is the ability to use a photo from an identity card or passport that has already been issued. The main condition is that the document containing the photo must have been issued within the last three years.
