National Information Technologies JSC (NITEC) informs about the scheduled technical maintenance aimed at ensuring the uninterrupted operation of the Company's projects. This maintenance work will affect the availability of NITEC's entire digital ecosystem.

Technical work is scheduled for the period from 02:00 AM to 06:00 AM on August 2, 2025. In order to reduce possible inconvenience, the time interval is chosen taking into account the minimum user activity.

The following public electronic services are subject to temporary restrictions during the time mentioned above:

The public service «Registration of a person engaged in private practice» is available on the eGov.kz portal. It allows citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan to apply for registration as a private bailiff, notary public, lawyer, or mediator entirely online.

Registration of persons engaged in private practice is performed for the purpose of tax administration and applies to individuals conducting licensed or certified professional activities.

Starting from August 11, 2025, the procedure for obtaining digital signature keys will change. Users were previously free to choose how to obtain their DS-either online or through an in-person visit to the Citizen Service Center. Today, however, the process has shifted predominantly to a remote format. A personal visit to the CSC is now only permitted if the biometric identification system fails to verify the user's identity after multiple attempts.
