In Kazakhstan, the “Green Corridor” mechanism is used to fast-track and prioritize the delivery of public services for investment projects. The functionality is implemented within the “e-Licensing” information system and is used in interactions between investors and government agencies. The solution was launched on June 7, 2025.

Citizens facing difficult life circumstances can now apply for social assistance through the eGov Mobile application. Previously available exclusively through the eGov.kz portal, the service can now be accessed and applications submitted directly via a smartphone.

A new feature for verifying product authenticity using digital codes has been launched in the eGov Mobile app. The new functionality has been implemented based on the Naqty Onim service and provides users with fast and free access to data from the digital labeling system.

As part of the Year of Digitalization and Artificial Intelligence declared by the Head of State, Kazakhstan is continuing the systematic modernization of public services and transfer of the most in-demand services to online format.
