Availability of data about children on eGov portal under National Fund for Children project

Today, the e-Government portal displays children, data about whom is registered in the database.

Rarely, it is possible that some children are not displayed in their parents digital documents or data about them is displayed incorrectly. This does not affect provision of payments. It just means that a kinship between a parent and a child is not defined in digital documents. Each child who is a citizen of Kazakhstan will receive payments from the National Fund, regardless of the data displayed in the e-Gov portal.

For the convenience of citizens, the "Add a child" capability is now available in the digital documents section. To use this capability, follow the steps:

1) Update the eGov Mobile app to the latest version.

2) Open the "Family" section in digital documents and click "Add a child" button.

3) Afterwards, the service called "Update data about children" will open and you need to fill-in all the fields, attach a birth certificate and submit an application.

Applications are processed from 2 to 5 working days by the employees of the Civil Registry Office. As the result you will receive a notification, and data about a child will become available in digital documents.

By following these steps, you will document a kinship with your child in digital documents section of eGov.kz and eGov mobile.
