EGov Mobile: "Congratulations on the upcoming marriage anniversary!"

Such a congratulatory message is sent via PUSH notifications in the eGov Mobile app. New updates will remind Kazakhstani citizens about upcoming important dates such as birthday, a wedding anniversary and also notify citizens about expiry of a document.

PUSH notifications in the eGov Mobile app notify Kazakhstani citizens in advance on the date of a wedding anniversary (a notice is sent 3 days prior to the anniversary itself), remind of a national ID expiry date (30, 15 and 5 days before an expiry) and extend birthday greetings.

Aside from the text, notices also contain buttons clicking which citizens will be able to open a relevant service and sign a document.

"Today, under the "Invisible Government" concept, the state imperceptibly helps a citizen in various life situations by offering services and addressing the needs. To remind Kazakhstani citizens about important dates of their lives, we have launched PUSH notifications in the eGov Mobile app. Also, using PUSH notifications, we remind citizens about expiration of a document in advance. Moreover, citizens will receive recommendations on obtaining certain public services or notifications about proactive services," said Rostislav Konyashkin, Chairman of the Board, National Information Technologies JSC.

Moreover, new categories of notifications will soon be added to the eGov Mobile application, and in addition to the usual messages, there will be proactive services with a button to switch to a service that is offered.

The PUSH notifications will be available for familiarization in the "Notifications" section of the mobile app. If the application is not installed, but a citizen is registered in the Mobile Citizens Database, an SMS will be sent to a user from 1414 containing a link to download the application.

The eGov mobile app is available on the App Store for iOS users and in the Play Market and App Gallery for Android users.
