Via eGov.kz you can get a referral to work

"NIT" JSC together with the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the RK informs about the launch of services developed for the unemployed and job seekers*.

There are 4 types of referrals to be issued:

  • referrals to unemployed citizens for the youths’ internship;
  • referrals to unemployed citizens for the public works;
  • referrals to unemployed citizens for employment at social job;
  • referrals for employment;

For persons looking for job, the service named “Sending the unemployed citizens to participation in active employment measures” is only available in terms of issuance of referral for possible employment.

“Receiving the substantiated refusal is possible in the event that the user has a job that brings earnings, or if he/she has submitted the documents containing knowingly fraudulent information of no work/income. The service is also unavailable for persons of retirement age. All information on the services obtained will be stored in the user’s Personal Cabinet”, Asqar Ataǵula, Director of National Information Technologies JSC’s PR Department remarked.

The public service will result in user receiving the notice of being registered as a person searching for job and also an employment referral. Referrals are issued by Employment Center in electronic format.

It should be noted that the services are free of charge, with the delivery timeline of one business day (in accordance with the public service standard).

Note that, to use the service, you must sign in on theeGov.kz portal, fill out the application for obtainment of the service, and sign it with your digital signature.
