Meeting with Russian delegation took place in NIT JSC for experience sharing as to e-Government

On February 6, 2017 in Astana, top executives of National Information Technologies JSC had a meeting with Russian delegation consisting of representatives from “Sberbank” PC and Federal Executive Bodies of Russian Federation. The event`s objective was the experience sharing as to e-Government.

As it was mentioned by Alnur Yesmagambetov, Acting Chairman of the Board in his welcoming speech, about 6 million people use egov.kz portal today, which is more than half of economically active population. The previous year, over 40 million services were delivered through e-Gov.

During the meeting, operation of e-Gov major components was demonstrated to the delegation members, namely to Andrey Sharov, Vice President of “Sberbank” PC; Alexey Kozyrev, Deputy Minister for Communication and Mass Media of Russian Federation; Vladisslav Fedulov, Director for IT and Communication Department under Government of the Russian Federation, etc. This involves, in particular, eGov.kz portal and mobile app, e-Licensing system, Single e-Workflow System and Open government.

The guests marked the conditions created in the country for business, i.e. registration of IE and LLP and obtainment of licensing documents online.  Thus, over 170 thousand licenses and 1.6 million permits were issued through e-Licensing system. Besides, mechanism of digital signature issuance has also aroused interest as in Kazakhstan unlike Russia, DS is issued free-of-charge.

It should be noted that previously the delegation members had a meeting with Dauren Abayev, Minister for Information and Communication of the RoK, where they discussed development of e-Gov in both countries.
