More than 6 thousand citizens registered in out-patients' clinics through e-Gov portal within the first month of campaign

Within the first month of campaign named “Register in Out-Patients` Clinic: Identify Your Status in the Statutory Social Medical Insurance (SSMI) System”, 6 654 citizens have been registered through the e-Gov portal. In the first quarter of 2017, more than 19,000 citizens used the online attachment service to the clinics.

It should be reminded that on April 5, 2017, campaign commenced in Kazakhstan on registration of citizens in out-patients` clinics. It will last until June 30, 2017. The work is done under the implementation ofstatutory social medical insurance (SSMI) system. One of the ways to register inout-patients' clinic is to obtain an online service on e-Gov portal. This does not require having a digital signature (DS). 

To obtain the service online you should log in on eGov.kz portal, go to “Healthcare” section and select “Registration in medical organization delivering primary medical care” service. Afterwards click “Order Service Online”, fill in an application and send it. An authorized employee in out-patients` clinic will get an application and draw up a registration slip.  The service is delivered free-of-charge and its delivery term is 1 working day. In case if the stated term is exceeded, apply to a medical organization to which an application was sent.

Service delivery result will appear in “Services` Obtainment History” as information on registration in out-patients' clinic or motivated refusal will be provided. 

For reference: “Registration in medical organization delivering primary medical care” service was launched in e-Gov portal in 2013. The service is available for all the regions. In 2016, 846 people obtained the service through eGov.kz portal.
