Citizens can apply for a statement on the need for health resort treatment and a certificate for undergoing preliminary mandatory medical examination via eGov.kz portal and eGov Mobile application.

Using the service "Issuance of statement on the need for health resort treatment", Kazakhstani citizens can submit an electronic application for obtaining a statement on health resort treatment. When submitting an application, one needs to have an electronic copy of the clinical and diagnostic studies results relevant for a stated diagnosis.

The public service delivery result is a sanatorium and health resort card form issued as an electronic document in 069/y form or a substantiated refusal to deliver the public service sent to a personal account as an electronic document.

Sanatorium and health resort treatment includes comprehensive therapeutic and preventive care provided in specialized institutions and based on the natural factors of a sanatorium and health resort area, such as mineral waters, therapeutic mud, thermal springs, etc.

The following groups of individuals can get the public service "Undergoing of preliminary mandatory medical examination":

- employees of pharmacies, pharmaceutical organizations;

- service employees (bath-houses, saunas, hairdressers, beauty salons, laundries, dry cleaners), employees of swimming pools and aquariums, mud baths, sports and wellness organizations;

- medical personnel of blood service organizations, medical workers of surgical, gynecological, obstetric, hematological, dental profiles and medical workers;

- employees of pre-school organizations, boarding schools, children's sanatorium year-round health organizations, orphanages, employees of family-type homes;

- employees of passenger service organizations (railway stations, air terminals, airports, sea and river stations, bus stations, subways);

- employees of public catering facilities;

- students of general education schools, secondary specialized and higher educational institutions and those entering to study, etc.

The public service delivery result is a medical certificate (medical professional advisory opinion) issued in the No. 075-u form or a substantiated refusal to deliver the public service sent to a personal account as an electronic document.

A notification on the processing of an application will appear within 30 minutes in a personal account of eGov.kz portal.

The services are available on the eGov.kz portal in the "For Citizenry" - "Healthcare service" - "Medical care" section. Similar services are also available in the eGov Mobile app in "Healthcare" section.

The service was implemented thanks to the joint work of National Information Technologies JSC, Public Services Committee of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Republican e-Health Center and Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
