Kazakhstani citizens can familiarize with the history of changes in the address of a real estate object during sale, registration of collateral for property at notary publics, banks and other organizations with the help of a new service for verification of archival data.

Currently, there is an incorrect operation of the components of the eGov.kz portal, Open Government portal, eGov mobile application and state database of individuals.

Also, delivery of services in CSC and second-tier banks is not available.

The work is underway to restore the operation of the above portals. It is expected to restore the operation as soon as possible. We apologize for the temporary inconvenience.

Today, due to the failure of government agencies` server center infrastructure, certain state databases and e-Gov components were unavailable.

Currently, operation of e-Gov components, including eGov.kz portal, eGov mobile app and major state databases (State Database of Individuals/Legal Entities/ etc.) has been restored.

National Information Technologies JSC has fully restored the operation of e-Gov components, including eGov.kz portal, Open Government portal, eGov mobile app and the major state databases (State Databases of Individuals/Legal Entities, etc.). Also, delivery of public services is available in CSC, specialized CSC and second-tier banks.

The eGov mobile app users now have the capability to sign documents in the Judiciary Account. Joint integration with the Judiciary Account of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan enables logging in on the website and signing documents through scanning a QR code in the eGov mobile.

The new capability allows users to sign claims, statements, powers of attorney and letters on the https://office.sud.kz /website, as well as log in to the website through scanning QR code in the eGov mobile app.

From August 15, 2022 Kazakhstani citizens will have a capability to register marriage 15 calendar days after application submission via eGov.kz portal and eGov Mobile app.

Previously, pursuant to the provisions of the applicable legislation, application should have been submitted one month prior to the state registration of marriage.

New service for the pregnant available on eGov.kz portal and eGov Mobile app

Now mothers-to-be can apply for a social benefit in case of income loss due to pregnancy and childbirth, adoption of a newborn child (children) through the eGov.kz portal and the eGov Mobile app.

The service is available online and is delivered free-of-charge. Thanks to the new service, mothers-to-be have a capability to submit an online application for social benefits when going on maternity leave. Previously, the service was delivered in paper via CSCs.
