The sole founder of National Information Technologies JSC is the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan represented by the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

According to Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan as of July 12, 2019 No. 501 "On Measures to Implement the Order of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan as of June 17, 2019 No. 24 "On Measures to Further Improve the Public Administration System of the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan owns and uses the state-owned stake in the National Information Technologies JSC.

The authorized body for state property has the right to dispose of the state-owned stake in the National Information Technologies JSC.

The Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which exercises the rights of ownership and use of the state-owned stake in the National Information Technologies JSC, is the Sole Shareholder of the National Information Technologies JSC and represents the interests of the state as a shareholder in matters falling within the competence of the general meeting of shareholders, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
