The number of the registered e-Government portal users in Kazakhstan has reached 6 million. Raissa Tyan, 68 years of age, living in Astana became the 6 millionth user.

She was handed the relevant certificate and a memorial gift. As it was found out, she obtained her digital signature and signed on in eGov.kz deliberately, so that to get public services and certificates/abstracts in the future without leaving home.

It should be noted that to date, 760 e-services have been implemented through the e-Government infrastructure.

On February 25-26, the Indoor Football Tournament named “Challenge Cup” was hosted by National Information Technologies JSC. 7 teams participated in the tournament, including those from NIT JSC units (Operation Unit, Government Agencies Interaction Unit, Operation Maintenance Unit, Strategic Management and Open Government Unit, IT Center in Astana) and Ministry of Information and Communication’s and “Zerde” Holding’s teams. 

Please be advised that the technical works for infrastructure upgrade of “Real Estate Registry” database have been successfully completed and the system is running as usual.

Currently, all the services relating to real estate are accessible on the www.egov.kz portal.

External compliance audit of QMS/ISMS business processesregarding conformity with the requirements of ISO 9001 (QMS) and ISO 20000 (ISMS) has been successfully completed in National Information Technologies JSC. New international certificates were obtained as to Operator’s business processes (ICI ISMS ISO 9001 and ISO 20000). 

Because of some technical problems, the non-routine maintenance works will be carried out for the next 24 hours on the “Real Estate Registry” national database. Therefore, obtaining the real estate-related services will be unavailable, including registration of title to real estate, registration of place of residence, issuance of abstract of ownership/non-ownership of real estate, etc.

These services will not be accessible via the e-Government portal, egov.kz and in the branches of “Government for Citizens” Public Corporation.

On February 6, 2017 in Astana, top executives of National Information Technologies JSC had a meeting with Russian delegation consisting of representatives from “Sberbank” PC and Federal Executive Bodies of Russian Federation. The event`s objective was the experience sharing as to e-Government.

Before February 11, 2017 on the “Open Dialogue” portal, the recipients of Ministry of Energy’s services may undergo the survey about the quality thereof.

To do so, you need to select the “Surveys” section after having accessed the portal, then, in the offered list, click the “Questionnaire on public services rendered by Ministry of Energy to service recipients”. The questionnaire contains only 7 questions, and all you need to do to fill it in is to log in on the portal via eGov.kz.
