As the National Operator of the electronic vehicle certificate system, National Information Technologies JSC:

• ensures the organization and functioning of the electronic vehicle certificate system;
• carries out system maintenance of the hardware and software complex of the electronic vehicle certificate system;
• arranges for the collection of information necessary for the registration of an electronic certificate for a vehicle (chassis certificate) and an electronic certificate for a self-propelled vehicle and other types of equipment provided by the authorized body and authorized bodies in the field of customs, in the field of agro-industrial complex and local executive bodies.

The provision of services by the national operator (national administrator) of the electronic vehicle certificate system is carried out in accordance with Article 71-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Road Traffic" as of April 17, 2014 No. 194-V.
