As the Operator of the e-Government information and communication infrastructure, National Information Technologies JSC:

• performs system maintenance of e-Government information and communication infrastructure facilities in accordance with the List (Order of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan as of January 28, 2016 No. 107);
• provides information and communication services to government agencies in accordance with the List (Order of MDDIAI RK No. 449/NK as of July 29, 2024);
• provides services for the provision of the e-Government information and communication platform for the development and placement of e-Government informatization objects;
• provides services for the provision of the e-Government information and communication platform for the development and placement of platform software products;
• creates and develops the e-Government information and communication platform and the government intranet;
• provides support and system maintenance for the National Gateway of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• provides support and system maintenance to the Root Certification Authority of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Certification Authority of the Government Agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the National Certification Authority of the Republic of Kazakhstan and a Trusted Third Party of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• provides advisory support to government agencies in the development of e-Government information and communication infrastructure facilities;
• manages projects for the development of e-Government information and communication infrastructure facilities and the National Gateway of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• collects, processes, stores and transfers electronic information resources for data analysis in accordance with data management requirements;
• collects, processes, stores, and transfers data on the e-Government information and communication platform in accordance with data management requirements;
• provides information and communication infrastructure services for the provision of information, reference and advisory services to legal entities.

The provision of services by the Operator of the e-Government information and communication infrastructure is carried out in accordance with Article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Informatization" as of November 24, 2015 No. 418-V.
