Information about guardians and their wards who have reached the age of 18 is now available in the eGov Mobile app in the form of a digital document. It is based on information from the 'E-Sobes' system, which records all registered guardians, trustees and their wards.

The document contains the following information: the guardian's IIN and full name, the guardian's date of birth, the ward's IIN and full name, the ward`s date of birth, the number and date of the guardian's appointment order, as well as the "Valid from" field. A QR code is provided for authenticity confirmation. When scanned, a digital version opens that is valid for 24 hours.

After clicking the 'Update documents' button in the 'Digital Documents' section, users with confirmed legal representative status will automatically see the information displayed.

An electronic version of the order may be necessary when official confirmation of the guardian's status is required, for example when receiving government payments or contacting banks, medical institutions, and other organizations.

To get the service, the user needs to:

• log in to the eGov Mobile app and go to the "Digital Documents" section;
• in the 'Family' category, you can find information about guardianship or custodianship;
• if the document is not displayed, click the 'Update Documents' button.

The new digital document was implemented as part of a cooperation framework between the Public Services Committee of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the National Information Technologies JSC, the Center for Workforce Development JSC, and the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
