Services

Pursuant to the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 40 as of January 29, 2016, "National Information Technologies" Joint-Stock Company is assigned as the Operator for e-Government information and communication infrastructure (hereinafter: Operator for e-Gov ICI).

The Operator for e-Gov ICI delivers the following services:

  • Services for system and technical maintenance and support of e-Government information and communication infrastructure objects (information systems and hardware and software complexes of government agencies);
  • Information and communication services delivered to government agencies:
  • Virtual machine allocation service (hosting);
  • Data Center (DC) - Data Center as a Service, DCaaS, co-location;
  • Communication services (arrangement of virtual private networks based on wireless/space/ground infrastructure via Government Intranet, Internet access, IP telephony, firewall);
  • Service for arrangement of video conferencing sessions;
  • Service for arrangement of online broadcastings;
  • Service for arrangement of secure communication channels of government agencies using cryptographic protection facilities;
  • Administration of information and communication service for representation of software;
  • Information and communication infrastructure at a geographically remote facility for the implementation of information and communication service for backup of information systems of government agencies;
  • Backup service for information systems of government agencies, in terms of backup;
  • Electronic postal service of government agencies;
  • "Smart Data Ukimet" Information and Analytical System;
  • Unified Platform of Internet Resources of Government Agencies;
  • Display of Services;
  • Service for support and system and technical maintenance of the National Gateway of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
  • Service for maintenance/system and technical support of Root Certification Authority of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Certification Authority of government agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, National Certification Authority of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Trusted Third Party of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
